Having just graduated with a Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UIUC, I'm extremely passionate about technology projects focussed on automation, and building platforms to help improve our lives. I'm always looking to get inspired by the people around me, discuss challenging and ambitious ideas or find a new hobby.

Integrated and modified the open source Computer Vision Annotation Tool (CVAT) into the existing image annotation workflow
Reduced the time to annotate images by 50% from 10 minutes per image to 5 minutes per image
Created a preprocessing workflow in Python to combine a proprietary TensorFlow model with the Intel CVAT tool
Implemented NLP topic modelling (LDA) and sentiment analysis methods to match users to executives within the organization
Automated data retrieval and processing through scripts and built a Flask front-end app to serve results in an actionable format
Saved over 250 hours of a senior executive’s time every quarter while also allowing more robust and accurate results
1 of 3 finalists for the Most Competent and Collaborative team award, from over 600 students and 100 companies over the summer
Conducted data analytics using Pandas and Tableau on client data to optimize staffing structure and payment model.
Presented and taught a 4 hour long introductory crash course on programming in Scratch and Python
Built a platform to analyze and automatically review and suggest corrections to PowerPoint reports generated after every experiment. Saves about 1000 hours of time to peer review and suggest corrections to these Simulation Reports. Deployed the service as a Web-Based cross platform Flask application on Google Cloud, or via a Docker container for internal use
Used ROS to program and control the Polaris GEM e2 autonomous car and implement Adaptive Pedestrian Cruise Control. Conducted sensor fusion using the Velodyne Lidar sensor and Camera to detect pedestrians, cars and dynamically control the vehicle
Used the Strategy Studio backtesting software to develop and test a trading strategy on real world tick-by-tick data GitHub Link
Created a neural network using Keras and TensorFlow to model and predict schools with the most potential test takers. Leveraged machine learning algorithms such as K-Means clustering to analyze data. GitHub Link

Connected freshman to upperclassmen and provided mentoring and advice for courses, minors, and study abroad.
Implemented the CORDIC algorithm with System Verilog on a DE2-115 to calculate and plot mathematical functions
Implemented and built a smart ping pong paddle using an the LSM9DS1 IMU and Arduino UNO. Visualized and Interpreted sensor data to provide player feedback and improve gameplay using OpenCV
Conceptualized and built a scalable device using an Arduino UNO and pressure sensors, to determine lecture hall capacity. Working towards building a wireless interface to transmit the data using a Wi-Fi module for better visualization
Organized the first ever Hackathon in India exclusively for High School Students, with over 100 participants. Developed the website, logo, promotional fliers for use in schools and social media posts using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.Managed corporate outreach for sponsorships
